If you see or are involved in an incident to do with the A36 - or any other main road in the area - that causes you concern, it is important that Highways England is notified, so that they can decide whether remedial action is needed.  Whenever you witness an accident, incident, near miss or simply an example of dangerous driving, please make a note of it with as much detail as you can.  What happened?  When?  Where?  What were the weather conditions?  If it is something that could be photographed and you were able to take a picture, so much the better.  Have you felt in danger either as a driver - maybe turning right on to the main road - or as a pedestrian, trying to cross from one side to the other?  Would different markings on the road have made you feel safer?  To make a report, simply click on the image to download the form, then complete it and send it off as instructed.
