Upcoming Meetings

16th July
  • Inaugural meeting.  The Group decided that the initial phase of their work would take the form of a first review of the main topics for discussion.  See Minutes.

24th July
  • Reviewing Tyning Issues, and the Village Green Issues for both Parishes.  See summary.  Tyning options.

31st July
  • Continued protection of green belt, preserving the rural character of the community, supporting local agriculture and the preservation of trees, woods, the open countryside and farming, considering limited development supported by the community.  See summary.

7th August
  • Using natural resources with care, minimising waste and pollution, and encouraging the use of renewable energy.

14th August
  • Considering any other issues that do not fall under the above and also reviewing how the Environment Group's work relates to the other working groups.
