Neighbourhood Plan 'Making Progress' questionnaire

posted 28 Feb 2013, 06:09 by Parish Council Communications
All households in Freshford and Limpley Stoke should by now have received a copy of 'Making Progress'.  If you haven't, or if you would like additional copies for completion by various members of your household, there are plenty of spare copies available from the Galleries Shop.

Please take a few minutes to consider the topics and give your opinions on the questionnaire.  We hope to hear from every household.  In addition to ticking boxes against each question, you are welcome to write comments against the questions, at the end of the questionnaire or on a separate sheet.  Whatever you have to say about the proposed Neighbourhood Plan, we'd like to hear it!

If you received a card enclosed with your copy of 'Making Progress' it will have indicated the date of collection of the questionnaires.  Simply put the completed questionnaire - the whole leaflet - in the supplied polythene envelope and leave it outside your home, somewhere where it can easily be seen, on the date shown.

If for any reason your completed questionnaire is not collected by the evening of Wednesday 6th March, or you were not given a collection date, you can hand them in at the Galleries Shop, St. Peter's Church, St. Mary's Church, The Hop Pole, The Inn at Freshford or to any Parish Councillor.

If there's anything you would like to discuss, or any questions you would like clarified, do come along to the Neighbourhood Plan Surgery to be held outside Freshford Memorial Hall on Saturday 2nd March from 10.30 to 12.30.  There'll be members of the Neighbourhood Plan management group and representatives of the various working groups in attendance.  We'll probably be a bit chilly standing there so do help warm us up with some lively conversation!
