Freshford & Limpley Stoke Draft Neighbourhood Plan...

posted 30 Jun 2013, 14:31 by Parish Council Communications
...Now available to view and comment.

Our Draft Neighbourhood Plan is now published and can be seen here.  You will find a link to the main document plus further links to the many other documents which form the Appendix to the Draft Plan.

We are now embarking on a six week consultation period – from 1st July to 11th August – and the Neighbourhood Plan Management Group invite comments from residents or anyone else who has a stake in the community.  All comments received on or before 11th August 2013 will be carefully considered before the Plan is submitted to B&NES and Wiltshire Councils for Formal Validation.

The Draft Plan can be viewed on the FreshfordVillage.com web site, as a printed copy which will be available at The Galleries Shop, or by calling in at Neighbourhood Plan Surgeries, which will be held at Freshford Memorial Hall from 10.30 to 12.30 on 6th and 20th July.  There are also a limited number of copies available on loan to anyone who does not have Internet access and who is not able to call in at the Shop or the Surgeries.  If you know of anyone in this situation please contact Ingrid Maher Roberts, the Neighbourhood Plan Co-Ordinator, at ingrid.freshfordpc@gmail.com.

If you have comments to make, concerns to share or points that you would like clarified please let us know before 11th August otherwise it will be too late to take note of your views before the Neighbourhood Plan is submitted for Validation.

Please let us have your comments by whatever method suits you best.  There will be comment slips available at the Surgeries and the Shop; you can print one off from the website; you can email Ingrid at the above address; or write to her at 4 Cliffe Drive, Limpley Stoke BA2 7FY.

We look forward to hearing from you.
