c)      20/03390/FUL Under Galleries, Freshford Lane, BA2 7TY: Erection of two storey extension, to follow demolition of existing garage, store and conservatory (revised plans).

a)      20/04416/TCA Freshford Manor, Church Hill, BA2 7WF: Lime trees (T1-T5) – pollard down to 20ft. Lime trees (T6-T7) – fell.

a)      To approve a submission to renew the nomination of The Inn at Freshford as an Asset of Community Value.

a)      To receive an update on the Friends of Freshford Tyning Project.

14)  Climate Emergency

a)      To receive plans and a questionnaire for the Climate and Ecological Emergency Community Forum on 28 January 2021.  

15)  PC Assets

a)      To receive a report, including costs, for the possibility of trialling the installation of LED lights in two street lights (No. 4 – Jasmine Cottage & No. 25 – Abbey Lane).

a)      To receive an update on progress with the redevelopment of the website.

a)      To consider a response to the West of England Combined Authority’s (WECA) Future of the Region Survey, setting out transport issues affecting Freshford.
