a)      20/02020/VAR Freshford Mill, Rosemary Lane, BA2 7PL: Variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 6,7, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 of application 14/05048/FUL (Proposed residential development comprising 21 units, incorporating amendments to previously approved planning permission 05/02563/FUL and associated works. (Retrospective))

b)      20/01629/FUL Unregistered Pipehouse Barn, Pipehouse, Freshford: Conversion of the Pipehouse Barn at Peipards Farm into a three bedroom holiday let.

To note that the Parish Council had submitted comments and objected to this planning application based on the conversion of an insubstantial pole barn to a substantial building which was seen to be contrary to the National Planning Policy Framework, given the pole barn’s location in Green Belt and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A revised application has since been submitted with new proposals relating to the pole barn element of the conversion.

a)      19/10471/FUL 3 A Church Lane, Limpley Stoke, BA2 7GH: Erection of 2 No. dwellings and associated landscaping and access works (amended design). Outcome of Western Area Planning Committee - To defer consideration of the application pending a site visit.

a)      To consider and approve Sections One and Two of the Annual Governance and Accountability Review for 2019/20.

b)      June Payments. Notification of receipts and to approve payments for invoices received during May.

c)      Bank Reconciliation. To approve the Bank Reconciliation.

12)  PC Assets

a)      To consider proposals and agree a way forward with the renewal of the maintenance contract for the street lighting.

b)      To consider and agree a contract for the electricity supply for the street lighting.

13)  Highways and Transport

a)      Rosemary Lane. To note that BANES will not undertake traffic monitoring at the current time and to consider undertaking a survey of residents to gauge support for potential schemes to reduce problems caused by increasing traffic.

b)      A36 Severance Study. To note an update on projects to be supported as part of the A36 Severance Study.

14)  Communications

a)      Web Site Redevelopment. To note that four companies have been contacted to provide quotes and specifications for redeveloping the Freshford Village website and to consider how to proceed with agreeing a developer.

a)      To receive an update on any problems arising from increased numbers of people socialising and swimming in the river at Freshford.

b)      To consider a proposal relating to two requests to plant memorial trees.
