invoices received during February.b) To approve the Bank Reconciliation.c) To consider current levels of Community
Infrastructure Money held by Freshford Parish Council and to possible projects
that could be funded with this money.
10) Natural Environmenta) To consider the results of a community
questionnaire on the Friends of Freshford Tyning proposal and to make decisions
on the projects in the Tyning proposal in light of the questionnaire results.
11) Climate Emergencya) To receive a Climate Change action plan arising
from the Climate and Nature Emergency Community Forum and associated
questionnaire.b) To consider a proposal for Bath and West
Community Energy to undertake a scoping study into the potential for a solar
site in Freshford.
12) Highways and Transport a) To receive a report on a meeting with Severnside
Railway Partnership and to consider becoming a member of the Community Rail Network (CRN) to access funds to support the upkeep
of the station and the work of station volunteers. b) To note a request from the VPA to support a
response to the B&NES Transport Delivery Action Plan.
13) PC Assetsa) To receive an update on street lighting and
asset maintenance.
