5.      Planning Applications:

a)      19/02723/FUL South Cottage High Street Freshford. Erection of a replacement single-storey extension, and further alterations including works to a boundary treatment and erection of garden sheds.

b)      19/02458/FUL Prospect House, Upper Mount Pleasant, Freshford, Bath, BA2 7UG. Erection of single-story side extension following demolition of garage and creation of two parking spaces.

c)    Application for Planning Permission by the Parish Council is required to be submitted to fell two rotten trees. Both trees are considered to present a risk to public safety.

       The PC to determine how the costs of the above will be met from the PC Budget.

6.      Decision Notifications:

a)      19/01332/FUL St Peter's Church, Church Hill, Freshford. Permitted.

b)      19/01474/REM Ranikhet Farm Park Corner, Freshford. Refused.

c)      19/01471/FUL South Lodge, High Street, Freshford. Permitted.

d)      18/04270/FUL Barn Adjacent to Woodmans Cottage Friary Wood Lane, Hinton Charterhouse. Permitted.

7.      Outstanding from previous meeting:

a)      CIL money and donations – update on the cost breakdown.

b)      2019 Schedule of work for Alan Duck.  

8.      Finance:

a)      June Payments.

b)      Bank Reconciliation.

c)      AGAR audit update

9.      Highways and Transport:

a)      Freshford Mill

b)      Fix My Street

c)      Heart of Wessex Rail Partnership

d)      A36 Accident Reports

10.  Climate Emergency resolution and the way forward:

a)      With regard to the report provided by Cllr. Daniels, the PC is to consider the following resolution:

Freshford PC resolves to recognise the existence of a climate emergency. The PC fully supports the B&NES declaration on the climate emergency. The PC will work with the Freshford community and community organisations, B&NES and other parish councils to establish specific local initiatives that will contribute to and enhance all aspects of our locality including transport, the built environment, the natural environment, ecology and renewable energy.

11.  Roles and Responsibilities:

a)      To agree the terms of reference for a working group to produce planning reports.

12.  Freshford Church School liaison:

a)      To consider Cllr. Daniels becoming an Observer for the PC on the Freshford School Board of Governors.

13.  New Trees:

a)      Planting of new trees in the village.

14.  Disabled Access

a)      To consider a request passed on by Limpley Stoke PC received from a resident as regards the provision of disability arrangements within the community.

15.  External and Other Meetings.
