10)  Partial Update of the BANES Local Plan

a)      To consider a proposal for responding to the BANES Local Plan Partial Update Consultation, running until 18 February 2021.

a)      To receive and give initial consideration to detailed proposals from the Friends of Freshford on the Tyning Project, noting that community consultation is underway.

12)  Climate Emergency

a)      To receive feedback on the Climate and Ecological Emergency Community Forum held on 28 January 2021 and to note next steps following this Forum.  

13)  Highways and Transport

a)      To consider a paper setting out traffic issues on Dark Lane / Church Hill and possible solutions.

b)      To consider a proposal to create a Village Hub bus stop outside the Galleries, replacing the current grassed area with a hard-standing durable waiting area with wheelchair and pram access.

14)  PC Assets

a)      To consider proposed works to some Parish Council assets (noticeboards, bench and grit bin).
